10,000 JPY CASHBACK TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  1. Subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth hereinafter and easyMarkets business terms and policies set forth on the easyMarkets Legal Page, clients that meet the criteria set forth hereinafter (“Eligible Clients”) will be eligible for the Cashback Promotion (“the Promotion”) as defined below.


  2. All new traders, who have registered via https://www.kaigai-toushi.biz/ during the period 16th of February 2021 to 15th of April 2021, shall be rewarded with 10,000 JPY (Ten Thousand Japanese Yen; approximately USD 100) Cashback amount provided that, they have met all the requirements as set forth below:

    1. Traders shall reside in the territory of Japan.
    2. Traders shall make a deposit of $250 (Two Hundred Fifty Dollars) and shall complete 5 round lots.

    3. Note: Minimum deposit requirements apply.


  3. The Cashback amount shall be payable within 15 days, following the month during which Eligible Clients have met the requirements stated in paragraph 2.


  4. This Promotion shall only be provided to the first 50 Eligible Clients.


  5. This Promotion is applicable to all new traders, over 18 years of age, trading on any financial instrument on the easyMarkets or MT4 trading platform.


  6. The credit is withdrawable, subject to the terms of paragraph 7 below.


  7. Any withdrawal of your deposit prior to trading will result in non-eligibility of this Promotion.


  8. Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the Promotion.


  9. In order to, qualify for the Promotion, Eligible Clients must provide easyMarkets with true, accurate, current and complete information, including their full name, identical to that specified in their ID documentation, as well as an active contact e-mail, and must upload all necessary, clear and legal documents in the member’s area. Eligible Clients must agree not to impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent any affiliation with another person, entity or association, use false headers or otherwise conceal their identity for any purpose. easyMarkets will treat with care all such information that is entrusted to it, in accordance with the disclosures provided during the registration process and in easyMarkets’ Privacy Policy.


  10. The Cashback amount shall not exceed the amount of 10,000 JPY or the equivalent to this amount in US Dollars or any other currency.


  11. Internal funds transferred between trading Accounts with easyMarkets are not considered as a new deposit and, therefore, do not qualify for the awarding of the Promotion.


  12. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions offered by easyMarkets.


  13. Each client may participate in this promotion only through one of their trading accounts. Multiple accounts belonging to the same client will be disqualified.


  14. The trading account is subject to our standard Client Agreement that you will find at the Legal Page of easyMarkets.


  15. We retain the right to disqualify a trader and to withdraw the promotion in total, if there are reasonable grounds that the promotion is being abused/manipulated in any way, including but not limited in the use of an IP address that does not correspond to the identification documents of that client, the trading activity of which the closed time is less than five (5) minutes after opening time, as further described in the section “Unauthorized Activities” of the Client Agreement.


  16. Any taxes / charges arising out of this Promotion, shall be borne solely by the trader.


  17. We retain the right to refuse or terminate, a trading account, at any time. easyMarkets reserves the rights to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice and will notify you of any such changes by posting the modified Terms on the easyMarkets Website and/or its Affiliates website. easyMarkets recommends that you revisit these Terms regularly. Please note that by your continued use of the easyMarkets Website and/or its Affiliates website and the services offered by easyMarkets you accept any such modified Terms.


  18. If any of these Terms were to be translated into a language other than English, then the English version of these Terms shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
